7-Day Juice Detox

Fasting is so much easier that you think, especially if you have support!
Juices are like direct infusions of wonderful minerals, vitamins and life force. The great advantage to fast on juices instead of water, is that you will be nourished during the program. You might feel a little hungry or restless at times but rest assure that nutrient wise, you are fine!
The first 3 days are usually the most challenging.
But what would life be without a challenge, right?!
When our body is readjusting and starting to detox, you may feel some headaches and feel tired. This is why we start on a Friday, so that you can rest as much as you want during the weekend. On Monday morning the more challenging part is over.
Another good thing with a juice fast is that you can work and be active while doing it. However I do recommend you to slow down and not book in social events around food during these days. It might be too difficult for you to say no in such a setting. Intense exercise is also not recommended.

How does it work?
The program starts on the 15th June 2018 and finish on the 22nd of June, just ready for the summer holidays :)
Before we start we will have a Zoom hangout, and I will explain more about the program and what you can expect during the seven days. From then on we will meet online, via Zoom, every day. Like this you will have something to look forward to during the day, and you will be supported in the evening, a time that can be challenging in a fasting program.
When you sign up, you will recieve a detailed program, with detox tips, techniques, juice recipes and other important information. You will also get access to a Facebook group, where you can share your process with other participants and get support. All this for 60€, that is less than 9€ per day!

To get the most out of the Detox, you will need to make some preparations and adjustments, starting about 1- 2 weeks before the fast, depending on your current diet and health. Once you sign up, I will send you a welcome letter with all the details.
Starting to eat again
Just like we need a preparation before we start to fast, we need to go gently when we start to eat solid foods again. I will guide you through this the last 2 days of the fasting program and you will be sent material with tips of food that you should eat the first 3 - 5 days.
