Blueberries and Acai plays the main role in this purple smoothie, that also has a secret ingredient... nettles! Nettles are a true super food packed with alkaline minerals and wild energy. When you add blueberries to the smoothie you can't tell that you put greens in it. A god tip for kids!
1 cup of frozen blueberries
1 tsp Acai powder
1 hand full of nettles
1 pinch of cardamom
2 cups of water
1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
2. Blend and add more water if desired.
3. Serve with fresh berries on top.
4. Save the rest in an air tight jar in the fridge for later. Fill it up to the top of the jar to avoid oxidation.
