Green Smoothie
Green leafy vegetables are very rich in minerals and chlorophyll. They cleanse our blood, boost our energy and support beautiful skin.
Most of us don't eat enough of this essential food, and a really good way to get more greens into your diet, is to start the day with a green smoothie. The base of the green smoothie is 2-3 fruits, green leaves and water. You can also add your favorite green superfood like Spirulina or Wheat grass or top it up with Hemp seeds and Chia seeds. |
