As Your Health Coach I can help you with this. 

​A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who works with clients to make them feel their best.
​I help you to make beneficial decisions regarding your food and lifestyle. This will improve your energy, mood and weight, increase clarity of mind and make you feel more inspired and excited about life.
Clarify, Educate and Empower
In my coaching programs, I help you to get clarity about what to eat to become and stay healthy. I teach you about what foods that can be harmful, and give you optional foods to eat instead.

Through simple Health Coaching techniques, I help you to find clarity about what areas in your life you need to address to increase your wellbeing and vitality. In private cooking classes I teach you how to prepare hassle free, tasty and nutritious meals.

I also teach you basic nutritional information, for you to better understand how to create balanced meals. I show you what to look for in the health food store, making sure that you are not wasting your money on foods that shouldn't be called healthy in the first place. And I help you with stress management and share simple stress reducing techniques with you.

Inspiration and Support
I encourage you to make step-by-step improvements that will improve your health and vitality. I hold you accountable to your goals and I will be the emotional and inspirational support that you deserve.

When we don´t meet personally I am always available to you through email, if you have any doubts or questions. Like this you will always feel accompanied and have answers close at hand.

If you are facing health challenges I can help you to implement special nutritional programs, prescribed by your nutritionist or doctor. It is much easier to stick with your program when you have support. I help you find the foods you are recommended to eat and show you how to cook them. With nutritional understanding and mindfulness, you will feel empowered and be one step closer to recovery.

Special Diets
I have become specialized in diets that avoid allergens like gluten, dairy, sugar and nuts. From my own experience, I know it can be a challenge to follow strict guidelines but with support and right information it gets easier.

I can support you with nutritional information, recipes and tips for you to move forward with ease and confidence.

I can also guide you in how to understand what foods that are ideal for your body and what foods that your body has an intolerant or allergic reaction to.

Detoxification and Rejuvenation
A plant based diet is a great way to gently clean your body. Cleansing your body makes you feel and look younger, more sensual and lighter. Detoxification can be done in many ways and together we will find out what works best for you!
