Yoga - a playful self explorationEach morning we have a Yoga class. Our hatha yoga classes are led by Shayna who is a certified Integral Yoga Teacher. The class is gentle to fit the whole group yet it is a complete practice, with asanas (postures) pranayama (breath) and deep relaxation. We welcome beginners and intermediate students of yoga. If you have a regular and more advanced practice, you are of course also welcome to join, or to enjoy your own practice up on the terrace or in the garden.
